OWNER’S OBLIGATION
Proper tyre care is required to obtain maximum hours of usage and wear.
Owner must operate tyres within Titan and manufacturer specified load, speed limits, and air pressure requirements (at cold-air pressures specified by Titan for load and speed according to individual tyre size, type and load capacity) and maintain proper alignment of wheels.
In the event of a warranty claim the owner of the tyre must complete a Titan Warranty Claim Worksheet. This document may be obtained via request by email to warranty@titaneurope.com or by telephone on +44 (0)845 2001972. The Titan Warranty Claim Worksheet must be completed in full including the tyre serial number and remaining tread depth. The document must be returned to a Titan International manufacturing site with photographic evidence of the claim and a copy of the proof of purchase including purchase date.
Titan reserves the right to require that, as a condition of warranty the unserviceable tyre is presented at a participating Goodyear Farm Tires dealer or a Titan International manufacturing site. Adjustment tyres claimed unserviceable become the property of Titan and are subject to a disposal fee. Mounting, de-mounting, service charges, and taxes will be added to the purchase price under this prorated replacement program.
No claim will be recognized unless submitted with Titan, manufacturer of Goodyear Farm Tires and where the tyre has been supplied by an authorized tyre dealer.
